Week 2: 
Break & Build Your Beliefs

If taking selfies leaves you spiraling, picking apart your body, or feeling like it only confirms your worst fears. You’re not broken, you’re just stuck in confirmation bias working against you.  In this module, you’ll uncover the beliefs shaping how you see your body — and why they feel so “true.” 

Then together, we will use my Jenga Belief Tower Process to break down your old stories and start stacking new ones that actually support who you’re becoming. 

This is the messy middle that you will clear space for all the AMAZING, “OMG I AM SO HOT” FEELINGS that your spicy selfies will soon create ✨

Week 3:
The Inner Critic vs. The Camera

You know that moment — you take a selfie (or ten), look at it, and immediately feel like crawling out of your skin?  This module gives you the tools to move through those spirals with softness instead of shame. 

You’ll learn why “bad” photos aren’t actually proof of anything, how to spot what’s actually bothering you in the image, and how to care for yourself mid-spiral so you can come back grounded, curious, and ready to try again.

 All without hating your body in the process.

Week 4: 
Embodying YOU

This is where you stop posing for someone else’s gaze and start showing up for your own. 

In this module, you’ll define the version of you that you want to embody in your spicy selfies — whether that’s soft and romantic, bratty and powerful, masc/femme/androgynous, or anything in between. 

Through guided prompts, wardrobe tips, and vibe-building rituals (yes, there’s a playlist involved!), you’ll learn how to dress, pose, and shoot in ways that actually feel like you! Not some version you think you’re supposed to be.✨

Week 5:
The Selfie Sessions

This is the moment you’ve been waiting for:
your first official Spicy Selfie Session 🔥.

Now that you’ve built confidence from the inside out, it’s time to grab your camera, take up space, and celebrate the hell out of your body. 

You’ll ease in with photo foreplay, strike poses (with the help of all the Bonuses!), and end with cozy aftercare (because feelings will come up — and we’re here for all of them).
